By browsing or placing an order on the TULiN and ButterMe Up sites, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read carefully.

General

When you register with TULiN or ButterMe Up, you must provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete. Any changes can be made online through your account or by emailing [email protected].

WhatsApp OTP is the primary account verification method. Do not share your OTP code with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank we accept, or use an alternative payment method available on our site.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete — another customer may purchase the same stock first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to: insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorised activity.

Payment

We take careful steps to ensure our site is secure. All transactions are processed through:

  • Billplz — FPX, e-wallet, credit/debit card
  • PayHalal — BNPL (Atome, GrabPayLater, MyIou, Shopback)
  • NETS Singapore — payments from Singapore
  • Indonesia QRIS — payments from Indonesia

All gateways use end-to-end encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have the explicit permission of the cardholder.

Vouchers & Promotions

Vouchers issued to you are non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or offers simultaneously. All vouchers have a stated expiry date.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, and dispatched via J&T Express (Malaysia) or international courier partners for Singapore/Indonesia.

These estimates are guides only and are calculated from the date the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or force majeure (severe weather, courier disruptions).

All content on this site — including text, logos, product images, illustrations, and layout — is the property of HSF Group Sdn Bhd (1268247-P). Use for commercial purposes without explicit permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TULiN, ButterMe Up, and HSF Group Sdn Bhd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
