Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy in brief: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

An item may be exchanged if all of the following conditions are met:

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Items purchased with a discount coupon > 30%
  • Custom orders (custom dye, custom embroidery)
  • ButterMe Up pastries and food items (food safety)

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except:

  • Wrong item received (different shade or size than ordered)
  • Item damaged upon arrival (defect)
  • Missing components (e.g. pin, label, packaging)

For the above cases, we will reimburse return shipping costs up to RM15.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product in its original condition
    • Reason for exchange + requested replacement shade/size
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with a return form.
  3. Send the item to the address provided.
  4. Once the product is received and verified, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
