Responsibility
– Baking & Preparation: Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery products (bread, cakes, pastries, desserts) according to recipes and quality standards.
– Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and presentation techniques. Ensure products meet customer expectations.
– Live Engagement: Conduct engaging TikTok Live sessions while baking to promote products, interact with viewers, and enhance brand awareness.
– Sales Support: Assist in promoting and upselling bakery products during live sessions and in-store.
– Quality Control: Ensure all bakery items are fresh, well-presented, and comply with hygiene and food safety regulations.
– Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to customers in-store and online.
– Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
– Inventory & Stock: Assist in managing ingredient stock levels and report shortages.

Responsibility
– Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, listen to their requirements, and provide guidance throughout the sales process. Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
– Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the bakery’s cake products, including flavors, ingredients, features, and pricing. Stay updated on new launches and promotions.
– Live Engagement: Assist during TikTok Live sessions to promote cake products, interact with viewers, and encourage sales.
– Sales Support: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Assist in upselling and cross-selling related products.
– Product Presentation: Ensure cake products are well-presented, properly displayed, and attractively packaged for customers.
– Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with after-sales service where needed.
– Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper merchandising in the retail area.
– Teamwork: Work closely with bakers and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
– Inventory & Stock: Assist in managing stock levels of cake products, packaging, and sales materials.
