Order & Pickup

How do I order pastries?
Browse the menu at /buttermeup/shop, add to cart, and checkout. Orders received before 12:00 PM will be ready for pickup the same day after 4:00 PM (Tuesday–Sunday).
Is delivery available?
Yes, within the Klang Valley area using courier partners (Lalamove / Grab). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Can I pre-order for an event?
Yes — minimum 3 days in advance for standard orders, 7 days for custom cakes. WhatsApp us with your event details: date, number of guests, and theme.

Are ButterMe Up pastries halal?
Yes — halal ingredients only, no alcohol in any recipe. We do not use animal-based gelatin; all products use plant-based agar.
Allergens — nuts, eggs, dairy?
All our pastries contain eggs and dairy. Some contain nuts. Please read the allergen tag on each product. Custom allergen-free orders can be arranged with 7 days' notice.
How long do pastries stay fresh?
  • Croissants & viennoiserie: best within 24 hours
  • Cakes & cheesecakes: 3 days refrigerated
  • Cookies: 5–7 days in an airtight container at room temperature

Can I order for corporate events?
Yes. We offer platters (10/20/30 pax), Raya/Christmas/CNY hampers, and branded corporate gifting. Email [email protected] with your budget and quantity.
