Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Responsibility

  • Customer Assistance: Greet customers, listen to their requirements, and provide guidance and support throughout the sales process. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, close sales, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any after-sales inquiries.

Responsibility

Administrative & Documentation Responsibilities:

    •  Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.

    • Prepare official letters, memos, and internal communication documents.

    • Manage company records and filing systems, both digital and hardcopy.

    • Ensure all documents are accurate, properly formatted, and archived systematically.

    • Assist in compliance-related documentation and regulatory filing.

Government & Statutory Body Liaison (KWSP, SOCSO, etc.)

    • Handle company registration, employee registration, and monthly contribution submissions with:

      • KWSP (EPF) – Employees Provident Fund.

      • SOCSO (PERKESO) – Social Security Organization.

    • Ensure timely payments and up-to-date records with statutory bodies.

    • Submit forms and respond to queries from agencies as required.

    • Prepare documentation for audits or inspections from statutory bodies.

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

    • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records including:

    • Sales and purchase transactions.

    • Petty cash and bank reconciliations.

    • Invoice issuance and payment follow-up.

    • Assist in monthly closing of accounts and provide support to accountants/auditors.

    • Use of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, etc.) to manage ledgers and journals.

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.

  • Trim footage, insert transitions, sound effects, background music, text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics.

  • Apply branding elements (logos, colors, fonts) to maintain visual consistency across all content.

  • Export and optimize videos for different platforms (mobile-first formats, vertical/horizontal, resolution settings).

  • Design basic graphics, thumbnails, and image-based content for social media posts.

  • Edit photos for promotional use (e.g., lighting, cropping, retouching).

  • Create Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form teasers using mixed media (video + image + audio).

  • Operate video cameras during shooting sessions (studio and on-location).

  • Set up lighting, camera angles, audio equipment, and backdrops when required.

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, promotional shoots, and events.

  • Take high-quality photographs for marketing or company use (portraits, products, events).

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand content goals.

  • Contribute ideas to improve video storytelling, visual engagement, and virality potential.

  • Maintain and organize media library (video, audio, photo assets).
